The appearance of the novelty I will call strict – there is almost no decor, except for the modest logo of the manufacturer. The dimensions are average, the diameter is small – the device is almost completely hidden in my middle palm, except for the drip type sticking out. But the weight, despite the presence of a durable metal case, is small. The only “unpleasant” nuance is the poor stability of the set – it’s easier to put it on its side right away.
The cartridge has a standard modest capacity, but the set itself is not large. Side filling – not quick access – you will have to fill the tank by laying it on its side. By the way, the level of filled fluid is virtually impossible to control. The strap of the silicone plug is comfortable, the hole is average – there will be no problems with this. Drip type integrated inner hole in size is a cross between specimens for loose and tight puff. The cartridge itself is held securely inside the mod thanks to “four” magnets at once, although there is still a non-irritating backlash.
Replaceable evaporators are used here, as far as I understand, all are made on a grid. However, two not the most pleasant news at once. The first – in the kit, alas, only one coil. The second – there is not even a primitive adjustment of the puff intensity. The puff here is fixed – I will christen it quite free, but still cigarette. I won’t say that adjustment is directly necessary here, but still the variety of coils is not bad and this option would definitely not hurt. I certainly won’t downvote for this. But for the next “minusan” nitpicking, for sure – the coils do not drink up the liquid to the end – about 1 mm remains in the already not very capacious tank, which is a lot.
But something else upset me more – periodic squelching – moreover, the latter does not appear after downtime, as is often the case, but after several frequent puffs. Naturally, sleep-backs also slip because of this. But I did not find any condensate or leaks during the tests, which surprised me in view of the events described above. The liquid used was 50 / 50 consistency. But the pod pleased me with the level of taste transfer, perhaps the same sleep-backs are to blame, or I just haven’t tested such devices for a long time. Okay – what really – even on a dry puff, I unexpectedly really liked the taste. Perhaps, we will note this moment in pluses.
The main body itself is buttonless – activation is achieved exclusively by tightening. No gaps or delays – everything works as it should. By the way, I forgot to say that the activation hole on the connector pad is located on a slight rise, which will help protect it from moisture penetration. At the bottom there is an unobtrusive LED indicator of events, it is inconvenient to monitor the battery charge level on such a device. As far as I understand, he warns only when the charge is already running low.
The built-in battery of medium capacity – I won’t praise this one – I had enough of it for almost the entire working day, paired with the evaporator of the highest resistance. Alas, fast charging did not happen – I did not find the declared 1A – the set will take about an hour to replenish strength – fortunately you can soar during the procedure.
Impression
Contradictory feelings left today’s guest – he bribes with a problem-free, no leaks, excellent workmanship, pleasant appearance / ergonomics and naturally decent taste transfer. However, it was not without nit-picking – the periodic squelching and the not completely drained tank were especially upset. It is quite possible that the first event was caused by my specific liquid or the quality of the evaporator, while the second is already a specific miscalculation of the developers.
However, you can recommend the set – it performs its main function with dignity. But again, there is one nuance – the cost. Even if the price tag is not the highest, which can be immediately determined as a minus, it is still higher than its competitors. And this despite the fact that the kit only one evaporator.
